Rent Houses and Apartments in Havana, Cuba – Useful pieces of advice for our clients.

1- The first thing we would like to advise you is to rent a legal authorized house or apartment for foreigners.

2- It is better to make the reservation before hand because the majority of the airport arrivals come at night or late at night, and sometimes it is difficult to get a reservation with a good price.

3- You can have breakfast and dinner at the house or apartment where you are staying. It could be cheaper and you can taste the delicious Cuban dishes.

4- Remember to change your currency on the Currency Change Bureau located in different parts of the city and in the Airports. If you change your currency to any person on the street you are braking the law.

5- It is better for you to have a photocopy of your Passport; in case you loose your Passport it takes you time to make a new one. Here in Cuba you may go out with the photocopy.

6- We recommend you to get information from your tenant if you would like to visit a place or in case you are in doubt.

7- Rented accommodation is an authorized service. In our web-site all the houses and apartments are legally authorized by the Cuban government to be rented for tourists. Be careful to chech other web-sites that this requirement is not explained.
