For the initial register, the owners should have these 3 requirements:

1. You should have the official permission for rent: if you don not have the official permission by the government you could not be registered, otherwise you are breaking the law. In addition, 100% of the houses and apartments have this official permission for the customers’ security.

2. You should have telephone: it is necessary to have telephone for a fast communication between the owner and the security group because it is impossible to visit the houses one by one. Besides, the owner has from 24 to 48 hours for the confirmation of the hostage.

3. Localization: It is impossible for us to visit other provinces; so, only the houses and apartments located in Havana City are going to be selected in our first phase.

As soon as you have these three requirements, you may fill out the necessary information for your initial register of your property, you should keep in mind that you fill out all the personal information.

We are going to call you up within 48 or 72 hours for a visit in order to get information and photos which are going to be added in our data base. To register in our data base is FREE.
